Where to Start and Where to From Here?

It seems to be the flavour of the month to have a blog, everyone wants to write a blog.

However, when it comes to actually starting the blog it's like, 'Where to from here?'

There needs to be a fair bit of content planning before you put your fingers to the keys; and that is what we will discuss over a number of posts, where and how to start.
